We are too tired and too busy to meet/maintain our partners’ emotional and physical needs, which in turn creates further pressure leading to fights, emotional separation, and often times, divorce.

We’ll look at communication and relationships using the evidence of scientific research. I’ll share with you the tools that are necessary to cultivate a harmonious relationship. We’ll also discuss lifestyle choices that are essential for health.
